Make your business understandable.
Clarify what you do, where you work and who you help. Align service pages, business profiles and essential contact details.
AI + Search Discovery
When customers search Google or ask AI who to hire, your business should be easy to understand. We improve the information, credibility and contact paths that help them take the next step.
For pest control, tree care and water-treatment businesses with room to grow.

Practical improvements
A website can look good and still leave customers with unanswered questions. We look for specific, fixable issues—and prioritize what matters for the services and locations you want to grow.
Clarify what you do, where you work and who you help. Align service pages, business profiles and essential contact details.
Present real credentials, relevant experience and answers to buying questions. Correct inconsistent or unsupported claims.
Check calls to action, email links and forms. Establish a way to distinguish an inquiry from a booked job or paid customer.
Our approach
Agree on priority services, locations and customer questions. Record what is observable across the relevant search surfaces, profiles and website.
Address the highest-priority information and contact issues. Work through your existing systems and verify approved changes after publication.
Monitor agreed checks, repeat comparable observations and review inquiry outcomes. Use the evidence to choose the next improvement.
A defined service
Built for businesses that want practical implementation and a clear record of what changed.
Founding service: $750 setup + $600/month.
One business location, with a written scope agreed before you commit.
The initial setup establishes the baseline and delivers up to three agreed corrections. Each month includes monitoring, one prioritized improvement and a concise progress report. Extensive website rebuilds, paid advertising and ongoing social posting are separate projects.
How we measure discovery
We agree on the services, locations and questions that matter to your customers, then record a baseline before making changes. For example: “Who provides [service] in [city]?” and “What should I check before choosing a [provider]?”
Search and AI answers vary. A mention is an observation, not proof of a lead or a sale.
Implementation example · Hebrew Notary
Our own service-business work is a practical testing ground for the same process we offer clients.
Early observation · September 23, 2026: One customer reported finding Hebrew Notary through ChatGPT. Payment and signing were confirmed by the owner; final apostille fulfillment remains in progress. This is an early customer-reported result, not evidence of a measured ranking increase or proof that our changes caused the referral.
This is our own service business, not an agency client testimonial. Revenue, costs and return on investment are not yet established in this record; no causal growth claim is made.

Choose additional work around your capacity, customer journey and evidence. These services are scoped separately from the monthly discovery plan.
A practical process for inviting genuine customers to share their experience after completed work, with clear timing and ownership.
Identify relevant partners and answer the questions customers ask before choosing your service. Prioritize relevance over content volume.
Define one audience, one offer and a way to track inquiries before an agreed campaign starts. Advertising budgets require separate approval.
Before we start
It is designed for established service businesses that can take on more of the right work. We are initially focusing on pest control, tree care and residential water treatment. The first conversation confirms your services, service area, capacity and priorities.
In about 15 minutes, we discuss the services you want to grow, where you work, how inquiries arrive today and your capacity. We identify whether there is a useful next step. If there is a fit, you receive a proposed scope before deciding.
The $600 monthly plan covers monitoring for the agreed location and services, one prioritized improvement and a concise report. The $750 initial setup includes the baseline, an action list and up to three agreed corrections. Campaigns, broader rebuilds and ongoing content production are quoted separately.
No. Search rankings and AI answers are controlled by the platforms and vary across queries, locations and time. We can commit to an agreed scope, verified implementation and honest measurement—not guaranteed placement or revenue.
Usually, the starting point is improving the website and profiles you already have. If a larger rebuild is warranted, we explain why and scope it separately.
We need accurate business information, access to the agreed systems and confirmation of important facts. We handle the research and implementation within the agreed scope, and bring you specific decisions that require your authority.
Some information and contact fixes can be verified as soon as they are published. Search visibility and customer outcomes take longer to evaluate. We establish a baseline and review schedule instead of promising a universal timeline.
Start with a conversation
Share your business website, service area and priority services so we can discuss where customers should be finding you. Request a 15-minute discovery conversation to confirm the fit and next steps. If you suggest times, include your time zone; Danielle will confirm with you.
